Service Description

As part of the premium coaching bundle, you will receive 6 one-on-one sessions with me. I can help you edit and up-level your resume, create your applying strategy and interview for success. As I've learned to embody full confidence in myself, my past experiences and my voice- I can help you also create the perfect narrative to step into your next job and tell your story with confidence to standout to interviewers. We will create winning strategies based on the following key topics: 1- Career Consulting: Assessing your current situation, where you want to go, your why and creating an action plan to get you there. 2- Resume Revision: We will build your resume from scratch, tailored to your strengths, past professional + life experience to your dream job 3- LinkedIn Profile Revision- We will optimize your LinkedIn profile so that you stand out to top tech recruiters and managers 4- Applying to Jobs/ATS: I will share creating winning strategies to get you past applicant tracking systems and into interviews 5- Professional Networking: I will help you get connected to industry recruiters, employers, and professionals 6- Interview Preparation: We will cover the most common behavioral questions and dive briefly into technical knowledge Who I Am and Why You Should Work with Me: As a Latina and as a woman, I found myself at a disadvantage early on in my career. I have had to navigate spaces dominated by men, in an industry that is already seemingly impossible to break into. Now, with close to 4 years of experience in the tech industry and multiple big Tech offers, I have created a unique set of proven strategies based on my own experience recruiting and interviewing candidates for engineering, PM, and sales roles. The biggest challenges I have encountered are the beliefs of my culture and what society wants me to be. All these limiting beliefs have stopped me in the past of doing things that I know I was capable of doing until I decided to bet on myself. I know how hard it can be to leave your comfort zone and seek for more when we are taught to be grateful- and I am here to support you along the way. I want women to have the Tech benefits, salary increases, visibility, freedom and autonomy this industry can provide. How it works: You can choose to meet me on a weekly or bi-weekly frequency via Zoom or Google Meet. Total cost for this program is $650- payment plans are available.
